Laser Measurement Sensors
Laser measurement sensors utilize a collimated laser light beam to detect, identify, or measure an object. The advantage to a collimated beam is that it can travel great distances without losing energy and it limits error caused by false reflections off of objects in the area of a target due to angular dispersion. For simple applications, we offer models starting below $100. On the other end of the spectrum, we offer models with a measurement resolution of <0.0000004 or with a range up to 270 meters.
